Continuing the work of the Mahapadma Parartha Foundation (MaPa Foundation) at SMK Sirojul Huda 3 Cijeruk, Bogor Regency, this time the MaPa management equipped the school facilities with a library “Sirojul Huda 3 Reading Room”. This is to meet the needs of teaching and learning in the new school year, as well as to increase student interest in reading.
The principal of SMK Sirojul Huda 3, Mr. Heri Mardi Purwanto, expressed his desire for the younger generation to return to reading books as a medium of learning in their daily lives. In addition, it also encourages students to be able to write and translate what they read and learn into written works such as poetry, short stories and other written works.
To support these needs, the Mahapadma Parartha Foundation helped donate books, iron shelves, reading tables, carpets, lighting facilities and cleaning equipment.
Thus, the Reading Room and literacy activities in the Sirojul Huda 3 Vocational School can be further developed, becoming a general literacy center for the Cijeruk community.
